Tuscany Wedding Cake- Desert Table

Created for a celebrity wedding  in Garfagnana near Lucca, Italy. The bride was and actress and the groom a music producer.

Together we designed her cake in wedgwood blue, with a custom made sugar cameo.  The flowers on the bottom tier echoed back to the flowers on the crown Elizabeth selected for her topper. The whole cake rested on an antique Tuscan vase.

The cake  was 1/2 lemon cake with lemoncello cream, and 1/2 deep chocolate cake with chocolate rum ganache and vanilla mousse.
