When my bride called and said she was getting married at the Hard Rock Florence, I knew the cake had to have some edge. A kind of luxurious sex appeal.
To give it that rock and roll vibe, I used hot pink sugar ribbon, black pearls and crystal brooches.
Inside the bride chose vanilla cake with cassata cream. .
