Florence, Tuscany. Chocolate birthday cake with chocolate fudge and chocolate fondant. Hand painted chocolate fondant and gold details. Decorated with 5 chinese dragons, gold leaves, and gold ribbon. The dragon on the top of the cake spelt the first initial of the client’s name. Makes a great option for a groom’s cake.
Tiered Communion Cake for a 9 year old girl in Florence, Italy. The outside of the cake was quilted fondant with sugar pearls, flowers and butterflies. On the wings of each butterfly we hand painted a message from the girls mother to her daughter. Cake was Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Mousse.
