With a name like Swarovski you know there’s going to be crystals. Hundreds of thousands of them. Add that to a gorgeous ceiling draped with wisteria, and pink peonies everywhere and you have one of the years most amazing, opulent weddings!
Designed by the incredible Garth Kelly and organized by Harriet Jamieson, this wow factor destination wedding in Tuscany, Italy was the focus of a three page feature in the December 2018 issue of Brides Magazine.
About the wedding Alexandra said “The first thing we decided on? Pink Peonies. Oh, and Swarovski crystals. I wanted them everywhere: on the tables, in the flowers, even on the ceiling!”
For the wedding cake, we decided on a 7 tier gluten free Victoria Sponge. To decorate the cake, Tuscan Wedding Cakes created intricate organic crystal branches to wrap around the pure white cake tiers. The design was finished by the event florist, Tuscany Flowers, who cascaded dozens of fresh pink peonies from the cake.
