This elegant tiered wedding cake was created for a luxury destination wedding at Castello di Velona in Tuscany Italy.

Hand piped detail, soft sugar drapes and delicate handmade sugar gardenias were used to create this all white, timeless design. Inside the cake was anything but classic, with a rich chocolate cake and the bride’s favorite chocolate hazelnut cream.
